Michael Paul Buckerfield, born on May 21, 1976 died suddenly on June 3, 2016. Michael was 40 years old at the time of death. Michael is survived by his daughter Breanna Buckerfield; his mother Betty Buckerfield; brother Dale Buckerfield; fiance Amanda Verdoodt; and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his father Frank Buckerfield. Michael will live within us forever, cherishing the great moments spent together.

My condolences to the Buckerfield family and loved ones. I went to Cousino with Mike. He was one of the first people I remember that I met when I was a freshmen. He always had a smile on his face and I remember a few times he gave me a ride places when I was in a jam. That’s the kind of guy Mike was, he always looked out for people.
I am glad I had to pleasure of knowing him in high school.
His smile is forever in my memory.
