Dennis Joesph Callewaert was born in Detroit, Mi., June 1953 and named after his grandfathers. He left this world in September at the age of 70. Dennis graduated Kimball High school in 1971 and headed to Electronics Institute of Technology in Detroit. He became a talented Electronic Design Engineer who was appreciated by his peers in the Automotive Industry. In his free time he refurbished and collected electric guitars, and built model tall ships to give to his family and friends. Dennis liked to spoil his nieces and nephews; Bill, Brandon, Joseph, Angela, Sean, Annie and Jon. He is survived by his mother, Rosemary Callewaert, his sisters, Cheri (Frank] Andrachick, Julie Leslie, Ruth (Jon) Kinney and his brother Greg (Lisa) Callewaert. There will be a private burial with immediate family in the near future.
