Cindy Arold

The world lost a beloved mother, Cindy Sue Arold (Lawrence) on December 14th, 2021. She passed peacefully surrounded by family. Cindy and her two sisters, Christy and Cathy, were born at Fort Hood Army Base in Killeen, Texas on November 27th, 1970.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Lawrence, her brother, Robert Lawrence Jr., and her sister Christy Minor. She is survived by her father, Robert Lawrence Sr. (Dorothy); her sister, Cathy Bryant, and her brother, Mark Lawrence (Bobbie Jo); her children Dawn Stone (Keith), Nichole McClelland (Jeremy), and Bryce Arold (Janessa); and her grandchildren Ava and Asmadaya.

Cindy enjoyed reading, watching Hallmark movies, puzzles, playing dice, taking family trips, and playing games with her grandchildren and the children who referred to her as their beloved “Aunt Cindy”. Cindy was loved by all who knew her, she was incredibly kind and had a beautiful soul. She would give you the shirt off her back or pay it forward whenever she could. Cindy was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, Gigi, and aunt who will be truly missed but live forever in our hearts.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM with the memorial service beginning at 3:00 PM on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Gramer Funeral Home Diener Chapel, 48271 Van Dyke Ave., Shelby Twp., MI 48317.
