Marcia Lynn Richardson

Marcia Lynn Richardson (Freeman), 64 years old, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, November 22, 2017. Marcia was born June 18, 1953. She was preceded in death by her son, Irving Dale Freeman Richardson, who carefully guided her into her new life on the other side. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Jerry (her Carter), her daughter Catherine Povinelli (Anthony), her daughter Danielle Mangiapane (Antonino), her daughter Lindsey Pappas (Kenneth), and 9 loving grandchildren: Ken, Joe, Tyler, Gabriella, Jenna, Joey, Olivia, Landon and Emma. She is also survived by her loving sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many cousins and friends. Marcia worked very hard at everything- at being the best mom and wife, and later in life: the luckiest Nana. She managed and eventually owned a catering truck business for many years. Marcia also owned and operated a home decor accessory painting business for many years. Her talents and love reach far and wide. Marcia’s smile and laugh were loved by all who knew her. She was a kind and gentle woman, with the strength of an army and a heart of gold. Marcia is reunited in the afterlife with her beloved son Irv, who she missed so deeply. Her family on earth will miss her greatly, but we know we will all be together again one day.
