Julie Marie Ackley-Bogdanski, 54, passed away peacefully March 11, 2024 following a rapid illness. Born May 18, 1969 to Lawrence and Delores Ackley, happily married to Mike Bogdanski for the last 27 years. Julie loved the life that she had dreamed up through her creativity, energy and desire of being a successful entrepreneur. What started as a hobby, became a way of life when she took embroidery to a new level and in 2012 started Thelma’s Attic LLC. She gained a loyal following of people that appreciated her beautiful work, professionalism, and creative ideas. Julie and Mike spent the last 8 years deeply engrained in the vintage market circuit with her mobile boutique, quickly becoming a member of a whole new family. Julie loved the family gatherings at holidays, home projects, and visiting southern cities, with Savannah, Georgia where they planned to retire. Julie lived her life as if to make a bold impact during her short time, supporting and lifting others in both her personal and business life. Above all Julie gave her children a life full of love and support. Julie is survived by her husband Mike, sons James, Logan (Emilee), and Austin (Madison), daughter Cierra, and grandchildren Madison and Ethan.
