It is with great sadness that the family of Cheryl Ann Serra announces her passing at her home on the 18th of September 2023.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jerome Potrykus; mother, Myra Perkins; brother, Scott Perkins; sister, Deborah Schuiteman; sons, Phillip, Jacob, John, and Joel; daughters, Jessica, Jennifer, and Amber; and grandchildren, Jackson, Lorelai, Kaden, and Kaylee.
Cheryl was a loving and compassionate person who cared deeply about her family and friends. She enjoyed the outdoors and camping. She will remain in our hearts and minds forever.
A memorial gathering for Cheryl will be held from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Gramer Funeral Home, Diener Chapel, 48271 Van Dyke Ave. (btw. 21 & 22 Mile Rd.), Shelby Twp., MI 48317; (586) 731-4150. A family-led Sharing of Memories service will commence at 2:00 PM at the same location.
