Glen P Lovelace

Glen P Lovelace, passed away peacefully on August 9th 2017 following a battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
Glen was born in Elizabethton, TN on August 26th 1933, son of the late Thomas Lovelace and Carrie Russell. He served in the U.S. Army, retired from MI. Public school system
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 8 brothers Orin, Ed, Al, Thomas Jr, Clinton, Noah and Harold Lovelace and 2 sisters Pauline and Pearl and his infant daughter Carrie Lovelace whom he named after his beloved mom.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years Thelma (Fuller) Lovelace along with daughters Tammy Fuller (Ralph), Tonya Lovelace and Debra Oswald (John) and loving Sons Greg Lovelace (Shannon) and Glen Lovelace JR (Jackie). He also leaves behind (6) granddaughters, Ashley and Angelica Diaz, Gabriella and Emily Lovelace, Mary Fuller and Shannan Klien (TJ) and (5) great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews all of whom he loved so well.
His favorite past time was fishing and watching his favorite sports teams the Detroit Lions and Tigers.
He left a mark on everyone’s life who met him. I know he is having a great time in heaven joking with his family as he did with us here.
A luncheon in honor of his memory will be planned at a later date

    I’m your great niece daughter of Harold and Randy Lovelace. I was looking at my dad’s and saw yours and couldn’t believe the resemblance. I didn’t know you heard alot about you though and know you were a great man.
